Invest in a project to process 20,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel annually. The leased workshop area of ​​the project is 1682 square meters and the investment is 8 million RMB. The project mainly processes waste wood and crop straws into biomass pellet fuel for external sales. After the project is completed and put into production, it will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons of biomass pellet fuel.

6. Construction content of straw and waste wood pellet production line

This project is to lease the No. 10 workshop of Jiangsu Shuangna Lighting Co., Ltd., with a construction area of ​​1682m2. There is mainly a one-story steel structure workshop, including a production area of ​​400m2, a raw material area of ​​600m2, and a finished product area of ​​682m2. The specific project composition is shown in Table 1-7.

7. Labor quota and work system

The project has a labor force of 4 people, with an annual working day of 300 days, and the production system is one shift per day, with 8 hours of working time per shift, without accommodation in the factory.

8. Environmental protection investment in straw and waste wood pellet production line

The environmental protection investment of this project is 180,000 RMB, accounting for 2.3% of the total investment (8 million RMB). The environmental protection investment estimate of the project is shown in Table 1-7.

9. Process flow of straw and waste wood pellet production line

(1) Unloading: the purchased crop stalks (mainly corn stalks, rice, wheat; about 1m-1.5m in length; moisture content below 13%), waste wood (about 8cm wide; moisture content below 13%) Transportation and unloading to the silo of the production workshop, this process produces unorganized dust (Gu1); due to the large straw and wood particles, the amount of dust generated is small and unorganized discharge.

(2) Crushing: The raw materials in the silo are transported to the crusher by the conveyor belt, and the straw or wood chips are crushed into tobacco shreds with the crusher. The crushed particles have no impurities such as inclusions, and no screening is required. The dust collecting hood is generated during the crushing process

(95% collection rate) It is collected and recycled through cyclone dust removal and bag dust removal, and then discharged through a 15m exhaust cylinder. This process produces dust (G1), and the collected dust is reused in the granulation process. The untrapped dust (Gu2) is discharged unorganized.

(3) Granulation: The raw materials purchased in this project are all dry materials with a moisture content below 13% and can be dried without drying. Therefore, the crushed raw materials can be directly sent to the pelletizer, and the raw materials are pressurized and extruded. Compressed into granules, and then compressed by external force, the arrangement of loosely stacked solid particles begins to change, The voids inside the biomass are reduced. When the pressure gradually increases, the large biomass particles rupture under the action of the pressure, become smaller particles, and undergo deformation or plastic flow. The particles begin to fill the voids, and the particles are in closer contact and mesh with each other. A part of the residue should be stored In the inside of the forming block, the bond between particles is stronger. The dust generated in the granulation process is collected by the air collecting hood (95% collection rate), and discharged through a 15m exhaust cylinder (G2) after being collected by bag dust removal, and the collected dust is reused in the granulation process. The untrapped dust is discharged unorganized (Gu2).

(4) Packaging and warehousing: After the granulation is completed, the biomass fuel particles are manually packaged with a sealing machine; they are warehousing and finally sold out. The pelletized biomass fuel has a particle size of 0.6cm, which is relatively large, so no dust will be generated during the packaging process.
