5. Biomass pellet production process:

(1) Crushed raw materials

Put the straw (including wood processing residues such as branches) into the crusher for crushing treatment.

(2) Screening

According to requirements, the crushed biomass is sieved according to size.

(3) Drying

The drying process is mainly to remove excess moisture in the biomass. The heat source of the drying section is mainly biomass gas produced by the small biomass gasifier in the biomass gas stove system. The biomass gas combustion hot air directly contacts the material. (4) Cooling

(5) Mixed granulation

(7) Screening

The finished biomass pellets of different sizes are screened and packaged and sold separately.
