5. Process flow of Bio-organic Fertilizer Production Line Project

The organic mud, auxiliary materials, yeast concentrate, and fermentation bacteria are initially mixed by a forklift, and stacked into stacks. After being evenly mixed by a turning and throwing machine, they enter aerobic fermentation. During the aerobic fermentation process, the temperature of the stack will rise to 60°C. The above or daily turning and throwing machines are used to ensure sufficient oxygen in the pile. After 10-15 days of high temperature fermentation, it will enter the secondary decomposing, and the fermentation products will be transferred to the secondary decomposing workshop through a forklift. After 5~ After 7 days of secondary maturation, the product is sieved, and the sieve is used as a remix, which is returned to the fermentation workshop by a forklift and mixed with organic mud and other raw materials for reuse. The under-sieve is transported to the finished product workshop for sale by a forklift, without crushing and granulating. Advantages of bio-organic fertilizer

1. The advantages of bio-organic fertilizer compared to chemical fertilizer

1) Bio-organic fertilizer has complete nutrient elements; chemical fertilizer has only one or several nutrient elements.

2) Bio-organic fertilizer can improve the soil; regular use of chemical fertilizers can cause soil compaction.

3) Bio-organic fertilizer can improve product quality; excessive application of chemical fertilizers leads to inferior product quality.

Refined organic fertilizer is a commercial organic fertilizer that is packaged and sold after drying and crushing livestock and poultry manure.

1) The bio-organic fertilizer is completely decomposed, does not burn the roots, and does not rot the seedlings; the refined organic fertilizer is not decomposed, and it will decompose in the soil after direct use, which will cause the phenomenon of burning seedlings.

2) Bio-organic fertilizer decomposes under high temperature, which kills most pathogenic bacteria and insect eggs and reduces the occurrence of diseases and insect pests; refined organic fertilizer is not decomposed and will attract underground pests when it decomposes in the soil.

3) Beneficial bacteria are added to the bio-organic fertilizer, which reduces the occurrence of diseases due to the space-occupying effect of the flora; the refined organic fertilizer kills all the microorganisms in it due to high temperature drying.

4) Bio-organic fertilizer has high nutrient content; refined organic fertilizer has caused nutrient loss due to high temperature treatment.

5) The bio-organic fertilizer has a light smell and is almost odorless after deodorization; the refined organic fertilizer has not been deodorized, and the odor will appear when the moisture returns.
