With its geographical advantages and cheap labor in the Asian market, China is expected to occupy more shares in the Asian grass products market.

II. Construction Scale and Content

1. Civil Engineering

The project requisitioned 30 acres of land with a total construction area of ​​10960 square meters. Among them, 1,000 square meters of workshop workshop (400 square meters of straw crushing workshop, 200 square meters of high-pressure and high-temperature sterilization workshop, 200 square meters of gelatinization module backlog molding-particle-puffing-drying workshop, 100 square meters of automatic packaging workshop, 100 square meters of inspection room Square meters), fermentation tank 200 square meters, warehouse 3400 square meters, drying area 4000 square meters, office dormitory and auxiliary 2360 square meters.

2. Equipment

Introduced 10 sets of SZLH feed pellet machine equipment from Richi Machinery, purchased 4 transport vehicles and 3 12mX4m floor scales.

III. Project Implementation Progress

Due to the mature production technology of this project, as long as the construction funds are in place, the project construction period is one year according to the relevant standards of the domestic construction industry. The specific implementation progress is as follows:

1. From October 2011 to March 2012, fund raising for project design, geological prospecting, and production equipment test score construction.

2. The civil engineering started in April 2012 and completed in September.

3. Enterprise management, production quota and technical training in May 2012.

4. In October 2012, the equipment was installed and debugged.

5. Mass production will begin in November 2012.

6. The production reached the standard in June 2013.

IV. Technical Requirements for the Production and Processing of Feed Pellets

Pellet processing is a deep processing process in feed processing. The technical requirements are relatively high, from the matching of conditioners, pelletizers and extruders to the design of coolers, pellet stability after pelleting, and liquid addition systems. These requirements are for obtaining high-quality pellet feed.

1. Tempering

Conditioning is a process of hydrothermal treatment before pelleting to soften the powder. In traditional feed mills, conditioning before pelleting is a more difficult link, and any single conditioning time cannot be the best conditioning time for all feeds, so the conditioning time needs to be changed. It has long been known that the tempering residence time has an effect on the tempering and pelleting quality. In recent years, Europe has made several innovations in this regard, including conditioner angle, blade angle adjustment and steam or powder plugging.

2. Feed Pellet Machine

Pellet feed has many advantages. Through the combined effect of steam heat, mechanical friction energy and pressure, it can achieve many functions of sterilization and increase feed digestibility. However, excessive heat processing will cause the actual effect of heat-sensitive nutrients and reduce the feed Therefore, effective processing is the latest development trend.

3. Puffing

At present, the main equipment for producing extruded feed is screw extruder, which can be divided into dry extruder and wet extruder. Most of the current extrusion equipment is wet and dry.

4. Cool Down

Almost all new feed mills use countercurrent coolers.

5. Liquid Addition After Granulation

As more and more thermal processing equipment is used in feed factory equipment, such as extruders, extruders or other high-temperature short-time processing equipment, the feed is strongly affected by temperature, moisture and pressure during pelleting, extrusion and expansion. , Which will destroy most of the efficacy of vitamins, enzyme preparations, probiotics and other additives. The post-adding technology is a new technology to solve this problem, that is, adding heat-sensitive nutrients after the thermal processing process.

V. Processing Technology of Straw Feed

1. Required equipment, tools, raw materials

Ordinary pulverizer, optional SFSP series, 3-20 tons per hour and other models, power 30-160 kilowatts. Granulator, SZLH type can be selected, power 22-315KW, output 1-40 tons/hour.

2. Pick straw

Common crops such as wheat, corn, stalks or vines, peanuts, mung beans, sweet potatoes, etc., pods, corn cobs, peanut shells, locust leaves and elm leaves can all be used. In the harvest season, select clean straws, remove the roots, spread and dry them, remove dust and debris, stack them for storage, and take measures to prevent moldy and deterioration.

3. Preparation of middle song

There are many kinds of starter, and you can prepare starter Zhongqu by yourself. Take 15 kg of wheat bran, 35 kg of bran, 0.5 kg of rice wine koji, 0.5 kg of sauce koji, 0.5 kg of vinegar koji, and 50 kg of cold boiled water. After mixing the above-mentioned powders, add water gradually and continuously Mix and knead with your hands. When you hold it into a ball, do not add water when it is not scattered or dripping. Then put it into a ball with a diameter of 10 cm and place it on a clean indoor corner, and cover with weeds. When the temperature rises to 42°C, remove the weeds on it.
